What is your return policy?


Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit or an exchange.

To return an item, please email customer service at chaotictrendsco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the return form provided. Mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us.




What is your refund policy?


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear or any undergarment type clothing

What are your shipping options?


We ship using USPS First Class for small orders and USPS Priority Mail.




When will I receive my order?


We ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving your order. However, if you order on a sunday or holiday when the post office is closed we would ship your order the following day. You will be provided with a tracking number.




Can I make a change to an order I've already placed?


If you need to change the size of an item after you have already placed your order please contact us at chaotictrendsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. In most cases we should be able to assist you in changing your order before it ships!
